Short Form Reports

Particularly for the NHS where the NHSLA requires a brief report of 3-5 pages to establish the merits of the Claim. Typically prior to the initial Letter of Response.

These often then require a review of the Defence Letter of Response prior to it being served.

The turnaround for these is 3-4 weeks.
