We have decades of knowledge in neuromusculoskeletal injury and conditions, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology, spinal conditions, paediatrics, and elite to amateur sports physiotherapy.
We accept instructions for medico-legal reports as expert witnesses in negligence claims against physiotherapists involving musculoskeletal injury in the NHS, private practice, and sport.
We also accept Condition and Prognosis / Needs instructions where assessment of the Claimant is required.
Our split of Claimant : Defendant expert witness work is currently 60 : 40.
The typical report turnaround time is 6 weeks from receipt of the documents. Assessments within 6 weeks of instruction.
We accept around 50-60 cases per year, and we are all currently working in clinical practice.
