We accept instructions for medico-legal reports as expert witnesses in complex, high-value negligence claims against physiotherapists involving musculoskeletal injury in the NHS, private practice, and sport.
We provide Condition and Prognosis / Needs assessments and reports in the Claimant’s home and in clinic.
We have over 15 years of experience in complex litigation cases and have an excellent reputation with instructing solicitors who we are repeatedly instructed by.
Our split of Claimant : Defendant expert witness work is currently 60 : 40.
We currently are around 50/50 for BOD and CP instructions.
The typical BOD report turnaround time is 6 weeks from receipt of the documents. CP Assessments are completed within 6-8 weeks of instruction, with reports 6 weeks after that.
We accept around 50-60 cases per year, and we are all currently working in clinical practice.
We offer direct access, avoiding MRO administration. Our fees are transparent and without agency mark-up.
